Cancellation Policy
Booking & Availability All services must be booked through talkswithtay.com Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Availability is limited and scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Deposits & Payments Individual Sessions require full payment at the time of booking. Monthly Services require a non-refundable deposit of [percentage or flat fee], with the balance due on or before the service start date. Cancellations & Rescheduling Individual Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded or rescheduled. No-shows are non-refundable. Monthly Services: To cancel or pause a monthly service, please give at least 7 days' notice. If you cancel after the cycle begins, services will continue until the end of the current billing period, but no refund will be provided. Late Arrivals & Communication Please be on time for scheduled sessions. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time, regardless of a late start. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a no-show. All communication related to sessions and deliverables will be conducted via [email or preferred method]. Refund Policy Due to the nature of time-based and digital services, all payments are non-refundable once services have begun. If I must cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, you will be offered an alternate time or a full refund. Scope of Work & Contracts For monthly service clients, a signed agreement outlining scope, timelines, and expectations is required. Any work beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.
